Terms of Service

By engaging GrowNScale's services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

GrowNScale provides digital marketing and automation services including Facebook & Instagram advertising, WhatsApp automation, landing pages, lead tracking, and Google Business optimization. Scope and deliverables are defined in your specific package selection at the time of purchase.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and assets in a timely manner
• Grant required access to Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other platforms as needed
• Fund your ad accounts directly with Meta / Google (ad spend is not included in our fees)
• Respond to communication within 48 hours to avoid project delays
• Ensure your business and offerings comply with Meta, Google, and WhatsApp advertising policies

3. Payment Terms

Setup fees are due before work commences. Monthly retainer fees are due on the 1st of each month. Invoices overdue by 30 days may result in campaign pausing or service termination.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, creative assets produced for you become your property. Our proprietary systems, automation templates, and processes remain GrowNScale's intellectual property.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing involves variables outside our control including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific results such as a particular number of leads or revenue. We guarantee professional management, transparent reporting, and continuous optimisation.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the monthly service with 15 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to terminate immediately if a client violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes reputational harm to GrowNScale.

7. Limitation of Liability

GrowNScale's maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
